Damaged Items

Customers must report damage within 7 days. Please include your order number, photos of the damage, and photos of the packaging.

Non-Eligible Returns

  • Intentional damage
  • Excessive wear
  • Requests beyond the return window

Return Shipping

For defective items, the seller pays return shipping. For buyer remorse, the customer pays return shipping.
