What materials are used?
Our cat houses and scratchers are made from high-quality corrugated cardboard — durable, eco-friendly, and a material cats naturally love. All materials are non-toxic and safe for your pet.
How long does the scratcher last?
With regular use, the scratcher typically lasts several months. Longevity depends on your cat's scratching habits. The corrugated structure is designed to hold up well over time.
Can I replace the scratcher when it wears out?
Replacement inserts are coming soon! We're working on refill packs so your stadium stays in top shape. Stay tuned for updates.
Is the product safe for cats?
Absolutely. All PawKasa products are made with pet-safe, non-toxic materials. No harmful glues, dyes, or coatings.
Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery within the United States is 3–8 business days after processing.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within the United States only. We're working on expanding to more countries soon — stay tuned for updates!
What if my package is lost?
If your package is lost in transit, please contact us at support@pawkasa.com. We will work with the carrier to confirm the situation and provide a replacement or refund where applicable.
Limited Edition
What does "Limited Edition — 999 sets" mean?
Our Pet Stadium Limited Edition is produced in a strictly limited run of 999 sets worldwide. Once they're gone, they will not be restocked or reproduced. Each set is a one-of-a-kind collector's piece.
Will it be restocked?
No. The Limited Edition Pet Stadium will not be restocked once sold out. This is a true limited release.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 7 days of receipt. Items must be in original, unused condition with original packaging. Assembled items cannot be returned.
Are Limited Edition products returnable?
Limited Edition and special release products, including the Pet Stadium — Limited Edition, are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
What if I receive a damaged or wrong item?
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at support@pawkasa.com and we'll make it right.
How long do refunds take?
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed, please reach out to us at support@pawkasa.com.
